 The team at Small Wonders Model Makers are experienced in the use of a wide range of techniques and materials from natural products such as all types of Wood, Wax, and Plaster Fondue through to modern Resin, Silicone, Resin Impregnated Plasters and Glass Reinforced Plastics.

Specialising in short run productions, should the need arise we have access to larger commercial production facilities. Costs are always an issue and should the order be sufficient to warrant it then sourcing out the casting in the Far East can reduce costs further.

The range of models built over the years span scales from 1/1200^th through to large Playground toys and equipment. Many subjects have been covered, mainly military but over the last five years the specialisation has been towards Fine Scale Architectural Models of military structures for the Scale Figure Collector and War Gamer.

The teams preferred scale is 54mm (1/32^nd) but models in production are in scales of 1/30^th, 1/32^nd and 1/40^th. Designs under consideration are to smaller scales due to the overall size of the finished structure.

Within reason Small Wonders Model Makers can work in any scale and commissions can be taken to suit the requirements of the customer.
